UPS Freight Announces 2013 Rate Adjustment

UPS Freight®, one of the nation’s largest heavy freight carriers, announced today a general rate increase of 5.9 percent for non-contractual shipments in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

UPS125The rate adjustment will take effect on June 10, 2013, and applies to minimum charge, less-than-truckload (LTL) and truckload (TL) rates, and accessorial charges. Customers will be able to view and download the new rates at on June 10, 2013.
