United Arab Emirates, September 12th, 2012 – Friday saw the return of the TNT Trophy after the long summer break with its fifth qualifying round held at the Jumeirah Golf Estates – Fire course. Michelle Walsh confirmed his spot for the final competition with a score of 39 points. Following up in second position and also qualifying for the final was Seamus Clune, with a score of 35 points.
The series has so far seen sixty qualifiers reserve their spot for the grand finale that takes place on October 5th at Yas Links, Abu Dhabi. Each qualifying round takes place over an 18-hole individual event, played in the stableford format to three-quarter handicap. Each player must have an approved EGF handicap, which is be audited by the hosting golf club.
The TNT Trophy is managed by TNT Express and supported by Taylormade, BMW, 7Days, Performance You, Crystal Gallery and Worldwide Golf magazine.

Interested golfers can register for any series event, apart from the Grand Final, whether a member or guest by applying directly to participating Golf Clubs. The next qualifying round will be held on 21st September at the Arabian Ranches Golf Club and the last event before the finale will be held on 28th September at The Address Montgomerie Dubai.
