CEVA in Iberia signs five year contract with Eurofred Group

Madrid, Spain, 22 December, 2011 – CEVA Logistics, a leading global supply chain management company, has signed a five year agreement with Eurofred, the leading distributor of equipment for domestic, commercial and industrial air conditioning, solar thermal energy and commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and the UK.CEVA will be in charge of the logistics for the distribution of Eurofred’s air conditioning products from the customer’s site located in Vila-Rodona, near Tarragona, within a dedicated area of 72,000 sq m. CEVA will manage the receipt, examination and warehousing of the product, as well as the preparation of orders and containers destined for the company’s customers, suppliers and other warehouses. CEVA will handle around 6,000 product lines annually, managing the receipt of over 1,500 containers and the shipment of over 650,000 individual product units.
