Unilever stormed ahead of the Fresh Connection Competition winning the Manchester event outright.
The world leading supplier of fast-moving consumer goods competed against British supermarket retailers in the training and development programme last week.
Battling over supply chain strategy supremacy, Unilever came on top with a 2.78% ROI lead, placing them 4th in the overall competition.
Unilever’s team from the management development programme made gradual progress throughout the six competition rounds to clutch Mancunian success. They will now continue to the SCALA Fresh Connection UK Grand Final on 13th June, alongside the CILT annual conference, in an attempt to claim the supply chain crown for the North.
