OHL, a leading global third party supply chain solutions provider, has formed a strategic Joint Venture with Tercex Logistica Internacional, with locations in Rio de Janeiro, Santos, and Viracopos, and head quartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Tercex’s capabilities include air and ocean transportation, customs house brokerage, pick up and distribution, and project logistics services. Effective immediately Tercex Logistics will begin doing business as OHL Tercex International S.A. , dba OHL International.
