Building and Maintaining Business Relationships will provide tools and techniques for building, maintaining, and rescuing business relationships and creating high-trust, high-performance alliances at individual, team, and corporate levels. Leveraging Supply Chain Management for Enterprise Development will offer participants a higher level examination of how to use supply chain management techniques to elevate performance, communicate supply chain issues to senior management, and relate supply chain initiatives to corporate strategic directions. Attendees can expect to take home a clear picture of how and where supply chain management can move the needles of financial performance. Tom Freese, principal, Freese & Associates, Inc. and Steve Geary, president, Supply Chain Visions, Inc. are the workshop facilitators.

The six key elements of supply chain management fundamentals critical to organizations will be covered in The “New” Fundamentals workshop. The program will focus on the actual scope and range of today’s security responsibilities and techniques, strategies to stay connected to your company and to leverage supply chain management to support the end game, and the efforts and investment needed to build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, suppliers, and service providers. Workshop instructors will be Ken Ackerman, president, K.B. Ackerman Company, and Art van Bodegraven, practice leader, S4 Consulting.

Supply Chain Risk Mitigation will explore the common occurrence of supply chain disruptions that companies face on a daily basis that can have dramatic financial consequences.
