In 2007, the organization launched its online career center to assist global companies with their supply chain management hiring needs and individuals seeking exclusive career opportunities. CSCMP recently added new products, features, and job-posting packages to the career center to enhance jobseekers’ and organizations’ overall customer experience.Enhancements include banner ads positioned on the jobseekers’ page, making it easier for candidates to research companies of interest. The ads will also increase organizations’ marketing power and reach. In addition, the career center will now offer a variety of flexible job-posting packages for employers, such as single-posting options and an array of discounted packages that may be used for up to one year from the date of purchase. Individuals are able to search from a comprehensive listing of top global supply chain positions, as well as create personal accounts, post résumés free of charge, search job announcements by multiple criteria, apply to position listings, and receive e-mail alerts when jobs match specific criteria.
