Schindellegi / CH, April 12, 2013 – The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2013 the re-election of Dr. Renato Fassbind, Juergen Fitschen, Karl Gernandt, Klaus-Michael Kuehne, Hans Lerch, Dr. Thomas Staehelin, Dr. Joerg Wolle and Bernd Wrede for a further one-year term. Hans-Joerg Hager, who has served four years as a member of the Board of Directors, will not stand for re-election.
