JDA Software and Google Collaborate on Local Availability Shopping Tool for Retailers

JDA® Adaptor Designed to Enhance Shopping Experience, Drive Greater Traffic to Stores

Scottsdale, Ariz. – November 16, 2010 – JDA® Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS), The Supply Chain Company®, today announced the availability of a tool that allows retailers to share their individual store, product and inventory availability as part of Google’s “local availability” feature. The tool, JDA® Adaptor, delivers complete and correct product information to help shoppers find the products they’re looking for on Google.com and Google Product Search, the company’s shopping search engine. As a result, retailers can differentiate themselves from the competition by making local store and inventory information available online, enabling shoppers to find the products they want locally, when and where they want them.

Developed in close collaboration with Google, JDA Adaptor is designed to work with JDA® Merchandise Management System, a leading host transaction solution that enables retailers to drive sales, margins and cash flow by getting the right products to the right place at the right time.
