Events with over 2,000 employees across 70 countries
London, UK, 8 March 2012 – CEVA Logistics, a leading global supply chain management company, is marking International Women’s Day with over 45 events in cities across the world, from London and Singapore to Houston and Frankfurt. This day offers an opportunity to showcase the talents of CEVA women across the business and engage with the future generation of women entering the professional world. To mark the occasion, CEVA will be holding celebrations featuring several prominent speakers; Patricia Lopez, a television reporter on a key news channel in Houston, USA will be talking about her career path and how she progressed in the highly competitive television industry. CEVA’s CEO John Pattullo will be reinforcing how businesses can inspire females to achieve more in the workplace and newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer; Inna Kuznetsova will be leading a session on women in business with some of CEVA’s aspiring talents. In addition to these key highlights, a number of activities are taking place across the globe with over 2,000 men and women involved, these include:
- Listening events with employees from all areas of the business
- Briefings hosted by senior leaders focusing on CEVA’s gender initiatives
- Community volunteer events, developing the relationship with local schools to see how CEVA can inspire and connect with young women moving into the professional world.

International Women’s Day has been observed since the early 1900s and each year, early in March, events are held throughout the world to inspire women and to celebrate their achievements. CEVA’s events will continue to take place throughout March to mark economic, political and social achievements of women.
