FedEx Response to Recent Tornadoes in the Southern U.S.

“FedEx extends sympathy to people affected by the tragic tornadoes and other severe weather this week, and our condolences are with everyone who lost loved ones. The safety and well-being of FedEx team members is a priority and we are relieved that all FedEx people are accounted for and safe.

“We are committed to providing service to the best of our ability where local conditions allow, but customers should expect delays in areas heavily damaged by the storm. Because of the severity of damage in Tuscaloosa, service there is currently suspended. Customers can check the status of their shipments on fedex.com or by calling 1.800.GO.FEDEX (1.800.463.3339).”
