CEVA appoints Izaskun Barquin as Business Development Director in Iberia

CEVA125Madrid, Spain, 16 April, 2012 – CEVA Logistics, a leading global supply chain management company, has appointed Izaskun Barquin as Business Development Director for CEVA in Spain and Portugal. Izaskun will be responsible for implementing CEVA’s Business Development strategy for both countries, reporting to Marco Galbusera, Managing Director of CEVA in Iberia.Izaskun has extensive experience in logistics, beginning her career 10 years ago with Exel, where she held various roles in the Automotive sector for six years. Izaskun continued her career as Healthcare Business Development Manager EMEA at DHL Supply Chain and joined CEVA in 2008 as Business Development Manager for the Consumer and Retail and Healthcare sectors. In 2010, Izaskun was appointed Global Key Account Manager for some of the most important global customers in the Consumer and Retail sector.

Izaskun obtained a BA International Management at the Franklin College of Switzerland and holds a Masters in Marketing and Commercial Management obtained at ESIC Business & Marketing School.

Izaskun replaces Antonio Fondevilla, who has been recently promoted to the position of Vice President Global Key Account Management, reporting directly to CEVA’s Chief Commercial Officer, Inna Kuznetsova.
