Art Smuck Promoted to President of GENCO ATC Subsidiary – ATC Logistics & Electronics

Rebrands the New Company GENCO ATC – Creates New Opportunities for Diversification and Growth

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – October 25, 2010 – GENCO ATC, the leader in product life cycle logistics and North America’s 2nd largest third-party logistics provider, today announced that it has promoted Art Smuck to president of ATC Logistics and Electronics, a wholly owned subsidiary. In his new capacity, Mr. Smuck will be responsible for the full range of third-party logistics operations spanning four facilities in the Fort Worth area with over 2,900 teammates.

Mr. Smuck originally joined ATCLE in March 2001 as general manager of Logistics Services. Since that time, he has assumed positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president of Operations and most recently as vice president/general manager of Operations responsible for sales, engineering and operations support. Prior to joining ATCLE, Mr. Smuck was employed at Nestle Waters of North America from 1983-2001where he assumed increasingly responsible roles, including North Texas market manager, senior organizational development consultant and North Texas sales manager.
