Supply chain segment combines reverse logistics, IT asset disposition and electronic component distribution services
PEABODY, Mass., Jan. 11, 2011 — Arrow Electronics Inc. (NYSE: ARW) today announced the launch of its full-service reverse supply chain business segment comprising three brands: ReSolve, a new global reverse logistics services brand; Intechra, a leading source for IT asset disposition services; and Converge, a global provider of extensive electronic components distribution services and market expertise.
Each company’s unique service offerings complement the supply chain services of Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 200 company within the technology marketplace. Today’s launch of ReSolve follows Arrow’s acquisitions of Converge and Intechra in 2010.
