São Paulo, Brazil, 18 January 2011 – CEVA Logistics, one of the world’s leading supply chain companies, has signed a contract with Honda Automóveis do Brasil Ltda for the transportation and cross-docking of replacement parts in the state of São Paulo.
The three year contract is worth €5.9 million (R$13 million) and involves the distribution of parts and accessories for the two and four wheel market, for a total of 203 Honda resellers.
CEVA’s operations for Honda will be executed by 30 CEVA professionals working in two warehouses strategically located in the cities of Louveira and Diadema, São Paulo. There will also be a team working on site at Honda in Sumaré, in the São Paulo countryside.
