Supply Chains are going digital, so it is no wonder that that is one of the main topics of eft’s High-Tech & Electronics Summit, which is held in Amsterdam next week. LogisticsMatter has been a Media Partner of many eft events, and this one is no exception. The agenda features speakers from companies like Philips, Bose, Liberty Global, and IBM. With over 180 senior attendees, of which 65% are from brands and retailers, 20 exhibitors and 10 hours of networking time, it is sure to be an interesting event.

I will be at the Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on May 21st for the first day of the event. A few of the sessions of the agenda I would recommend checking out:

  • The Digital Supply Chain Evolution: Jabil’s Frederick Hartung will speak about opportunities in the digitized supply chain and how to reduce innovation cycles.
  • Transforming to a Cognitive Supply Chain: IBM’s Matthias Graefe and Laurens Neomagus will speak about mitigating risk with predictive analytics and how to get the full picture of your supply chain
  • A transformation journey, moving from multi-channel to a fully integrated omnichannel network: Bose’s Carlo Baus will discuss the the ongoing transformation from multi-channel to integrated omnichannel and the challenges this brings to the different sales channels, supply chain, distribution and procurement

Will I see you next week in Amsterdam? If you want to have a coffee and a chat, just send a tweet or a PM to @LogisticsMatter, or drop me an e-mail on martijn(at)logisticsmatter.com.
