As in past years, DHL is offering its customers a very special service to ensure that all Christmas presents are under the tree in time for Christmas. We deliver almost 90% of these mail shipments to the recipient just a day after they arrive in our warehouse. With the Sunday delivery service, we are offering our customers an additional service to ship their presents on time and once more underline our role as the leading parcel service in Germany,” says Jürgen Gerdes, member of the Management Board that oversees the MAIL Division at Deutsche Post DHL and who heads the parcel business. “This service is possible because of the huge dedication of our employees and our nationwide network.”

Additional staff has been deployed to help deliver the parcels. As a result, 60,000 delivery staff in Germany is working to ensure that Christmas parcels arrive on time. In order to make sure your parcels arrive in time for Christmas they should be dropped off at DHL by noon on December 22nd.
